When we checked into our room for three nights there was someone already in there (room 219). We were supposed to have a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Once we realized there was someone in the room we were given (the door opened with our key!) we were given a room with two full beds. Not nearly as comfy for our family of 4. When we got in that room we noticed the bathroom was disgusting. There were black pieces of something all over the floor along with hairs everywhere. I requested a cleaning service THREE TIMES to no avail, no housekeeping has come or seemed to even make an attempt. I have asked for a vacuum from the front desk so I can freaking clean this disgusting floor myself. I’m not pleased and DO NOT recommend this place, to anyone, ever. Gross!!! Oh, another fun fact, when I went to call housekeeping the phone in the room didn’t even work. Ridiculous.

Worst hotel I have ever been to!! I was totally disappointed with the staff including the manager. Rooms have flies and insects. Rooms including bathrooms are not properly cleaned prior to checking in. Overall I am totally disatisfied with my stay in this hotel.
