Left to sit until closing time (roughly two hours) for a driver's test and was immediately failed bc the person doing the test didn't want to be there. They denied that a learner's permit could be available to someone who hasn't had a license in several years. Worst experience ever at a DMV, and I can't help but feel it had something to do with my race or something similar. Went to DMV in Gloucester and got my license in 45 min including the test. There's really no excuse

I don't have much DMV experience but I always hear people complain about it. Obviously they haven't been to this one. They are the nicest people I've ever seen. Very helpful, very professional and caring.

Very pleasant experience considering the MVA :) Staff was VERY pleasant , helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Building was very clean, and thanks to appointments customers don t have to sit and wait, and wait, and wait, and.....! No NUMBERS to look at or listen for. I got my Title and tag(s) within minutes, and a Very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend this location.
