If you do end up having to stay here, steer clear of room 103. Bed bugs (and other kinds of bugs) all over the bed. I woke up to multiple bites all over my body and FACE! The front desk guy gave me a full refund without a fight, so that was good, but I still look grotesque right now with a swollen eye from a bite above my eyelid.

This was the worst lodging experience I've had in my adult life. I'm not saying that there wasn't a time when noisy AC, stained bedsheets and towels, and decrepit building and parking lot were not an appealing option - especially when it was the only one. The two good points about the place were that we didn't get harassed or killed by the drunken residents next door and that we didn't come away with bed bugs or anything contagious. It should go without saying that $80 a night for a glorified hole in the wall is just stealing. $40 would be more realistic, and I would have stayed away because that would tell the whole story. It's in the middle of nowhere and it's preying on the fact that other, better quality, facilities in the area charge even more. I understand supply and demand, but COME ON! The staff were nice and I don't have a bad word to say about them, but I'm definitely never staying there again. I'll either shell out more to stay somewhere else or avoid the eastern shore altogether.

This place says it's under new management. Pets are welcome for a $10, per pet fee, per night. There's a walmart very close and a few other stores. It's a bit pricey but the room was very nice and clean. They did offer smoking rooms too. There wasn't shampoo offered just soap, 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and 2 very small body towels with 1 additional floor towel (clean but rough and cheap). We noticed in the main office there is a sign saying no guests are allowed to have any visitors between 10pm-10am which we thought was ridiculous considering we booked the room, on the fly, at midnight and were gone by 11am & the price was $95 all together plus tax! If i pay for a room, I will have who I want, when I want there. My husband and I are grown ass people and have not needed supervision with friends for quite some time. Decent, clean room for the money if you want quiet. It worked for us in a pinch. I didn't see any bugs at all except for one very annoying fly and a few fruit flies (also annoying). We had no problem with the key scanning but the door was sticky and hard to push open. I did have one major issue with this room; I shut the bathroom door from the inside and had to have my husband push it open (forcefully) from the outside as it was stuck and so was I. We stayed in room 116.
