We stopped there on the way home from an event in Cape Charles. We had to wait for chicken. It was very good, worth the wait. Very friendly service. I would definitely go back.

3 out of 5 because, the manager wrote our name down to provide a complimentary meal. The food is "usually" hot and fresh. Now, the not so good. The attitudes are not consistently friendly or helpful. On this day, I didn't receive what was asked for, this is not the first time, and when I called and asked for the manager, the girl told me "she's dropping chicken, can I take a message?" No, you can't take a message...a customer asked for a manager, go get your manager. The other issue is, the seasoned fries are usually good, the last couple of times...the fries requested were NOT seasoned, as requested! Be consistent and remember your customer is your business!! It's sad because companies have to hire and they don't hire people who have customer service skills.

Food was amazing. Service at the cashier was also amazing - we got a little confused but she didn’t miss a beat and ensured us that everything would come out as we expected.

Bo's Chicken Sandwich was delicious and every bit as good as Popeyes. I will definitely be back! The service was fast and friendly!
