Store has a convenient location but customer service could be improved. Went to replace a pair of NB shoes. Bought available color after 5min visit then decided to return 2 days later due to color preference. 2nd associate then told me the store could order in the color I wanted but was abrupt too. Kept asking if I wanted him to order. Each time spent less than 10min so not taking up anyone’s time. For over $125/pair you would hope associates could be a little more patient. Had been to D———sporting goods on Sun as NB was closed and there the associate was very helpful despite waiting on 2 people at once.

The sale was in Jan. The next one is in July call them @ that time or call them and get on their mailing list so you won't miss it.

This includes socially distanced fitting stations, limited in store capacity, heightened cleaning protocols, and mandatory mask policy over the nose and mouth while inside. Additionally for those who prefer or need a non-masked service experience we offer outdoor fitting options.
Nb do make narrow width shoes also Nike use too run narrow.
