Owner was very nice. Was my first time ball gown shopping in years and was very considerate about how I like to dress for my body size. She even let me bargain down for a tailored dress since I said I had a budget. From my above statement. Only shop when you really need actual gowns. The dresses are tailored, so the prices correspond with how much detail goes into certain dresses. Have a game plan of what type of dress you want beforehand so you don't get whiplash from the pricing.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady is rude! Dress shopping shopping for my daughter's homecoming should be a fun experience. Not met with rude owner. Over priced. Got a dress and shoes identical maker and dress for half on Amazon without the nasty lady!!

I will not go back ever again and will not recommend to anyone to go there. Horrible experience. Me and my wife went there to purchase a dress for her. We found something that we would like to buy but it was too long for her there was a nice young lady at the store trying to help us but she can’t take any decisions. So she called the Indian women owner, sent her pictures of the dress, we discussed the price and agreed with her on $300 including the tailoring if we paid in cash. The young lady takes the measurements as per her boss request, we gave her a $100 deposit and got the receipt for it with the balance mentioned as $200. The owner then calls me and said that I need to go back for another measurement because she doesn’t trust her worker and that I have to pay another $100 deposit before she sends it for tailoring. So we go back with an additional $100 but then she wants to add $75 more on the price because she didn’t know which dress it was and the she said she didn’t know it was going ti cost $75. While we were there she was arguing with another customer and telling her to shut up. This was the worst experience that we had with this ripoff, unprofessional and rude owner. For that reason I will not go back and will never recommend anything to go there. Thank you for looking,
