Charles from SAIA Dearborn freight delivery driver was awesome. We had a large delivery at work today - “Old World Nouveau”, and he kindly came in the store and asked where we would like the delivery. The pallet was way at the back of the freight truck and he had to move all other deliveries on the truck to get to ours. He was very kind, patient and friendly. He unloaded the boxes in our loading dock and took the pallet back as we requested. Nice to have a friendly delivery even though our area is filled with construction! Hope we have Charles for our future deliveries! Thank you to Charles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience is not good been promised 5 days in a row that we would get the delivery and 5 days in a row our product has been on the truck but for some reason that no one can articulate we have not had the delivery

Been calling for days to make delivery appointments..system is down and it hangs up on you, haven’t been able to reach anyone yet

Although it was difficult to contact the company as per the tracking instructions, I was able to contact them via an office phone line and made the appointment for Friday. It was missed with no contact. I understand that the covid situation is causing some delivery difficulties, so I am not worried about the missed appointment and the item showed up early Monday morning. The driver was very polite. No damage to "car hood" upon inspection. All is good. I even gave him some $$ for lunch.

I would call ahead and talk to someone before you go up there and have a tracking number or (pro number ready to give them) they will tell you how late you can pickup your item. However there is someone there until 7pm without calling, your item just might not be ready for you to pickup.
