I was greeted warmly upon entering the facility and made to feel welcome while waiting for a room to be ready. (I arrived about an hour and a half before check-in time!) The staff member on duty was gracious in answering my questions, helped me locate a member of my family who was also staying at the hotel, and made sure that the welcoming beverage bar was stocked appropriately. I couldn't ask for more. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast bar was more than adequate.
