Expensive but mediocre stay. No soap in my room. I asked twice at the desk, twice, and they couldn't find any. One lamp in my room had no light bulbs. My bed must have been made by a toddler: the fitted sheet was placed over the flat sheet. There was a barking dog on the 5th floor. Breakfast server was slow to replenish food. The good location allows this Inn to get away with this kind of service.

This Hampton gives many higher end hotels a run for their money. Evening snacks, afternoon fruit, and an excellent breakfast complimented by friendly employees and clean, comfortable rooms make it comparable with some Embassy Suites we've stayed in. Plus, it's across the street from the PAX Air Museum, which is very cool.

i wasnt supposed to be checking in at the place but the other place had a lot of issues so i went here. it was way cheaper and a whole lot better. when i first went in the 2 people at the counter greeted us with a smile and made my 3 year daughter laugh like crazy. the lady was very helpful my booking wasnt ready yet since i did it on my way to the place so she went ahead and did it under them for the same price. they had coffee and cookies basically all day which was great when i got there. their breakfast was fresh and amazing. the rooms was 10 out of 10 the beds and pillows was so comfortable i was ready to ask if i could take the blanket home. our ac and heat wasnt working but they had a guy come right up and fix it within minutes. the only thing i didnt like is the pool wasnt open. they even had their own little store in the lobby incase you forgot something which i did. lol but i will go back

Charged my personal card that they made me swipe for incidentals instead of my corporate card. The whole 4th floor smells like smoke. There were leaks every where. I went to get coffee, and a big glob of coffee grounds came out.
