Visited on a Thursday morning. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Still not seated more than 20 minutes later....was told another 15 minutes, they were just waiting for people to leave. 10 minutes later we watched people leave, but still weren't seated. We decided to leave because of 1) the wait, and 2) if it takes that long to get a seat how long would we have to wait for service/food?

Place was not super crowded but after waiting over 1/2 for a table we decided to leave.

This is by far my favorite spot to eat at. The staff's energy is always on point. The food is delicious. I always get a panini and it's just as delicious as the first time I got it. Definitely a great spot to try out for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Went here 2 weeks ago for breakfast. We sat outside with a reservation for 8 people. Hope that helps! Can't answer the question about the heaters 😊

plenty of parking, although some is paid parking with parking meters. it depends on how creative you get or how far you're willing to hoof it.
They are breakfast and lunch. Reasonable prices
