Awful. Went to this location for a money order. I was in line for about an hour and was told that they don't have money order at this location anymore and they should have put a sign up but not sure why it is not up .....

the sign out front says the post office open at 9:30 i was there at 9:35 the door was still closed..... ok we can wait. the gentleman behind me opened the door and the employee there said were closed and looked at me and slammed the door down thinking it was me. OK misunderstanding i asked what time the office opens and she didn't answer giving and being incredibly rude and treating to call the police. we wait more then when the supervisor comes out say were open but counting mail. The first employee say I'm not serving me.

Very rude, lazy and slow. What’s the attitude for? Red hair women sitting in the back hanging out while a line of 5 people formed, then came to the counter with an attitude. Hate that this is the closest location in birmingham. Would rather take a longer drive to the next post office than deal with these people.
