Extremely unprofessional I will be reporting this agency to state. I was not terminated because I don't work for you! I never have make sure next time you're responding to the correct person. Now what I will tell you is that have completely messed with the wrong person. Now next time come correct has a Healthcare professional myself who actually has an agency. I'll make sure that you guys are properly handled. It's completely unprofessional that you would discuss a situation online. Sadly the person you thought I was I'm not. But you're gonna wish it was her instead on me. I'm also reporting you guys to The Attorney Generals Office as well my neighbor that works for channel 6 and or my friend that works for the Washington Post. Next time choose your battles wisely. Now since you're coming after my family andkeep it up you'll hear from my lawyer. AIs one business owner to another do better you're a disgrace people should be able to trust you to do what's right!

EXTREMELY RUDE. Called this week to ask a question and the receptionist was impatient and rude. I couldn't even get the sentence out of my mouth before she rudely provided a "No" response. I was also placed on hold for a very long time. I'm not surprised especially since the administrative staff lacks ethics and professionalism as well. I will be transferring my aunt out of this agency.

You can always speak to her Coordinator and she should be able to help you find another agency. I searched myself and found delia Maria home care agency. I went in filled out an application and provided all the paperwork they needed and then I called my client's Coordinator and gave them the information to the new agency it may take 24 to 48 hours for the new agency to receive your mother's information but once they do have it, you're officially an employee there.

Hello, if you have your own client, then you can work without experience. However, in order to work as an agency aide, you will need at least one year experience or a home care certificate.
