I visited this location after searching for flower shops online. We weren't aware that this store only sells wholesale and not to the general public until we were ready to purchase flowers, after spending about 25 minutes in the store. Okay-that's understandable, no problem if that's the store policy. But we even asked an associate for help and told them this is our first time in the store- no mention from them that flowers aren't sold to the general public. My issue is the attitude we received from the salesman behind the counter in the fresh flower section. While we stood in line, we could see he was clearly having a bad day. He had his voice raised, rolling his eyes, and dismissing questions. He even swore out loud. We patiently waited to ask a question and pay. He told us we cannot purchase, and to go talk to the manager. There was attitude and sass. He then proceeded to show us where the manager's office is, and he yelled something along the lines of "you can either follow me, or don't, if you don't want to listen to me" On their website: "We have a deep-rooted reputation of outmatched customer service."

Excellent - this is much cleaner than a few of the Kennicotts I've been to. They have an excellent building, stock, and the fresh floor is on it. They s do have a smaller fresh offering than in used to, but you can order all that stuff in! 🌹
