We continue to encourage all customers to wear masks while employees are required to wear them. Any customer who is at higher risk is welcome to make an appointment for individual help. Many times the entire 10,000 square foot facility is entirely empty for your use. Please contact us to know when these times are. Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the store. We frequently sanitize high traffic contact points as well. Happy to help in any way we can.
Hi Patti- Thanks for your question! So in regards to an adaptor plug for England, there is only one type. But I would be more concerned with making sure you have dual voltage curling irons or your hair dryers. We do have a 220v power strip that you are capable of plugging in your dual voltage appliances with surge protection and a grounded UK adaptor plug. It does have a max load of 1800 watts though so your hair dryer will need to be plugged in separately. Hope this helps you out!

Ken~ Great question! Unfortunately, luggage companies aren't providing parts for their cases which require us to either customize the part or the bag. Sometimes those pull handles have broken push buttons that need to be welded. Feel free to stop in to let us troubleshoot your problem and determine if it's worth getting repaired or not.
