I moved here from Australia 4 years ago, I moved in with my husband and it was and is a pleasant experience. All the amenities included, the homey-ness, the kind community, great staff, the safety, the peacefulness, and the upkeep made our experience a memorable one especially as our first apartment together. It has been great to see it populate with more tenants and upgrades, the location is close to the school and to shops, and they have a [rewarding] rewards program (may be more common but i think it's neat!). In my opinion it is a great place to rent (or at least check out) and my experience was awesome.

So happy I chose Montgomery Manor. The process to find an apartment and move in was so easy. The communication was excellent. Can’t wait to enjoy the days ahead.

No, water is not included. Monthly charge with water, garbage, and misc fees they make up. Also pay electric (and heat is forced hot air heater so the electric can add up with the upper bedrooms being significantly warmer than lower living area rooms, if renting a two floor townhouse style). Here's another cost they push on renters. We have to pay for rental liability insurance to cover their building. They don't pay that, we do. It doesn't cover our belongings, that's extra. So figure in an extra $120 a year for that. There's a reason no one stays here long term. Also factor in constant rent increases every year, anywhere from $35 to $125 a month. Adds up quick which is why I'm looking for a rental house or to buy because I have a dog and no one else around here rents with dogs.
$400 per dog/$300 per cat or $30 a month.
