Simple Computer Repair brought my Nintendo 3DS XL back to life! My 3DS XL failed to turn on, and they were able to get it back in working order. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional, and the repair only took a few days. Their prices were reasonable considering the 3DS XL has been out of production for a few years now. My only complaint was from picking up my 3DS XL after I was notified it was ready. I turned the system on to test it, only to see the bottom screen didn't turn on. The team was able to take it back right away and get it working in about 10 minutes, but it makes me wonder how 1) nobody noticed one of the two screens wasn't turning on and 2) how the repair team said my system was ready for pickup. I'm glad the team was able to get it fixed (again), but I would probably be more cautious in the future.

Amazing, quick and professional. Compared to the apple store, this was way quicker and easier service. They even gave me tips on how to make my phone battery life last longer without me having to ask as to not run into the same issue in the future. Definitely recommend this place if you are having an issue.
