Most of the time the phone is busy. I can’t get anyone to ever the answer the phone anymore at this office. The doctors are great, but getting ahold of them is impossible these days.

I've been going to Ware Medical Associates for 25 years. Dr. Ware is my PCP, although I've seen Regina a few times. Both are very good, always listen to my problems or concerns. Several years ago the wait time in the waiting room got very bad. A few times I had to wait almost 2 hours. However, for the past few years, my average wait time has been about 15 minutes, and sometimes even less.
