I deliver pretzels there on Tues,and Fri.,and sometimes on Sat. Pretzels smell good and once a while eat one. They have variety pretzels, regular, mini pretzels, sausage pretzels with cheese or without, and hot dog pretzels with cheese and without. They have hot cheese dip, along with 3 different mustards.

Last visit there and the place was a complete dump. Looks like they haven’t properly cleaned in years. Food and ingredients on the floor, trash overflowing, burnt pans with burnt food stacked on each other, counters were filthy and sticky, looks like the warming case hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. Down right filthy and disgusting. Cheese is always almost out and thick and clumpy. Standards have gone down the drain. Horrible and hope they make changes soon.

Prezels were thin and needy. They weren't close to Philly Pretzel quality (closed for the holiday). It was disappointing to see the quality. Staff were pleasant/cordial but not super friendly. I took an out of town family member here and wished we'd waited.
