This place is terrible. Instructor talks way too much and students just stand there with no training Instructor makes you do extra things you don’t even want to do Like make you do a weapon workout in a striking class based And makes you do stuff you ain’t even pay to do No bags Poor training 80% talk 20% training. Less talking and more training.

Every martial art has ots established codes. Our kids classes stress accountability and good sportsmanship. As students get older or more advanced students are encouraged to research historical warriors and their codes. Honor grows out of good standards and pride in who you are, where your from and what you do. Great question, Thanks!
No, we also teach adults. Our oldest student is in her 80s. Currently many are training by zoom and private lessons due to covid. But we have different curriculums available depending on what you're looking for.
