We accidentally forgot to replace the cover for our trunk when we unloaded our items yesterday afternoon. This morning we returned and spoke with Melissa. She was really kind and understanding. She said it was probably in the dumpster. She went out and opened it and there it was. Thank you Melissa for your friendly and understanding attitude. Your help was greatly appreciated.

I’ve done the storage unit thing many times over the past several years… But I have to say my experience with both Meredith and Melissa @Farmingdale‘s Public Storage was simply awesome!
