It's 10:05pm and I've been placed on hold over and over again without anyone saying anything to me for 15 minutes. There's no way it's that busy this late at night on a Thursday. This is ridiculous. After reading these other reviews, of seems like this is normal practice. I work in customer service and you are supposed to say something before placing someone on hold. This is plain rudeness. The speed at which they throw you on hold has me believeing that they are just standing around doing nothing and just don't want to answer phones. I'm shocked that corporate hasn't done something about this store. I'm switching to a different pharmacy.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. My pharmacy was out of my sleep medication when I went in at 12:30 A.M. to try to pick it up. They called the closer pharmacies with no luck and suggested I called this store in Burleson. At first, I was excited because the pharmacist said they had the meds. My joy was short-lived when he insisted he wouldn't fill it until 5am. I asked if there was a reason he couldn't fill it now, so I could try to come home and get some sleep. He said it was too early to fill. I challenged that, and he admitted that technically it wasn't early but he was still going to make me wait until 5am. He refused to explain further. I told him what I thought of his attitude with some brash and explicit 4-letter words.

Worst customer service. Whenever I call Walgreens I can never reach to anyone at the store or pharmacy. It's just keep ringing and staff just keeping me on hold without even talking to me. It rings and then they just pick up and put on hold non stop. I was on the phone for almost 40 mins and no answer from anyone. And then even phone gets tired that it just automatically disconnect. This is just ridiculous. Who has time to stay on the phone forever for medications. Instead it will be easier to go mom and pop pharmacies where I can get personalized service.

I am forced by insurance to use wallgreens. They are almost always backed up. Numerous times I have called and been disconnected after 15 minutes on hold. I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot, then waited a half hour after my appointment time because there were 2 walk in customers in line before me. It has been one issue after another for years.

You should call corporate. I had an issue with one of the local Walmarts, called corporate, and it was taken care of.
