They mailed me a letter saying I had hail damage from recent storms made arrangements for Brandon to stop by on Friday 8/26 and on 8/19 I get a text saying I'm here and no one is home so I called him and said it was next Friday so I asked him if I needed to be there for him to look he said no and he would get back to me now it's the 29 of August and still no word I even called the place of business and I left a message and still no call back

When I decided to have vinyl siding installed on my house and barn as well as a new roof on the barn and gutters on both I contacted one of the best known companies in Lancaster. I already had an idea of what this would cost and since I do not like to waste time I decided that if they quoted anything close to my own estimate I would just contract with them and get it done. I stopped at their place of business and got a salesman's card. called and left a message. It took 3 days to hear back from him but we made an appointment for 2 days later. 45 minutes after he was supposed to be here he called to say he would be a "few" minutes late. We walked the property, I told him what I wanted he told me there were several things we could not do and he would get an estimate to me in a week. A week and a half later I called to find out what the hold up was and he told me he still had to come back to do some measuring and he would do that and get a quote to me by the weekend. I never heard from him again. I did not realize at that moment how lucky I probably was. A friend told me about Best Contracting so I called. Nate, the salesman called me within an hour. He came 2 days later on time. We walked the property and he told me he could do all but one thing that the other company told me they could not and pointed out a couple things the other salesman had not even mentioned. He called me 4 days later with the estimate and I committed on the spot. From that point on everything I was told they would do they did on time and with a smile. They answered any questions I had and completed the job on time and the property looks amazing. Everyone, from the job manager on down treated me with courtesy and respect and whatever work I will ever need done in the future Best will get the job.
