A couple of weeks ago I called about pricing for an inner tube replacement , was told $ 22 for tube and labor . Went there the next day and dropped off the tire / rim . Picked it up 2 hours later and the guy working the desk , he was there when I dropped it off , told me the cost was $ 27 . After telling him about the earlier quote he changed the price . He seemed rather arrogant about the whole process, maybe because I disturbed him eating his lunch at the checkout counter . When I got home I noticed he put the wrong valve stem on the tire , it doesn’t match the other tire and he never asked what “ style “ stem I already have on the other tire . After checking online there’s two different stem styles available. I brought my Trex bike last year ( from a different bike shop ) and paid $ 800 for it and want matching tires but no way I’m going back and dealing with this guy again . I should of went to my original bike shop but I figured nobody can screw up replacing an inner tube , so much for that thought .

This place is so great!!!!! We had just bought my younger son a new bike from Walmart. The chain was way too long and we needed adjusted and of course Walmart wouldn't take it back or fix it. We called and asked how much it would be and the guy was super nice (Joe) and he said it wouldn't be more than $10-$15. So we took his bike up there and they told me the back wheel just needed to be adjusted. They did it like in a total of 5 minutes and didn't even charge us at all. They were wonderful and there really isn't people out there like this anymore. I would absolutely recommend them for all your bike needs.
