Cherry (postal clerk that helped me) has the personality of a rock and should not be up front. She was very rude and not helpful to the older person before me and even worse to me.

I recently moved from Holland Oh to SE Oh. After I moved I filled out my coa orders and a refund sheet for the keys to my old box in Holland and mailed it to the Holland post office with keys enclosed I received a response back saying my service had ended and didn't have a refund coming For the po box service but I fully expected a fefund for my po Box keys which were never mentioned And or refunded. 6.00 isn't much but if this is usual pacticer it could add up big time.i just wonder who's getting all these refunds Deb Curran

Cherry was very rude, did not want to help to choose the right box for my parcel, and said she is closing soon, though it was enough time for me to right labels and pay. Frustrated.

They make you go through a central number robot bother them. Then you sit on hold forever.

I had sent envelope from Holland Office to Utah, It left from Holland office but its not delivered. I tracking number as well. I have opened case and called central customer care but no answer yet. Can U tell me how to get my envelope delivered?

I would keep calling until you get someone who is helpful. There are many "busy" people at USPS who will just blow it off. If you paid for special shipping and it has been after the promise date I would ask for a refund. Did you get the insurance on this item?

How many feet is required between my car legally parked in front of my house and the mail box of my neighbor? Their mail was not delivered- my car was 8’8” from their boxbox.

Legally if the the carrier can't get to the mailbox with their vehicle safely they don't have to deliver. As far as distance I'm not sure, but there not required to get out, and they can't go in reverse. That's for rural carriers now city carriers I'm not sure.

I think its Reynolds corner. It is on bancroft between Holland Sylvania and McCord

Does the post office still send text msgs to notify p.o. box users that they will have mail in there p.o. box ?

I purchased 2 sets of stamps this morning at your kiosk in the lobby and they have no black writing on them. They are just a Christmas print. Are they ok to use?
