Getaround cars are parked here. I was charged $200 for smoking in a Getaround car (I don’t smoke). Do I think the attendants smoke in the cars? Yes. Do I have proof? No. But I’ll bet you $200 they do. I would never park here and I’d never book a Getaround car from here again.

MAJOR DAMAGE AFTER BACKING MY CAR INTO A WALL. I've waited over a year to write this review in the hopes that this garage would make things right. In July 2021, while picking up my car, the person retrieving my vehicle backed my car up into a wall. The result was thousands of dollars in damages (I made sure to get estimates from several locations to be sure). The owner asked to just pay me a couple hundred dollars to make me go away. I tried to be as compassionate as possible. Obviously, I can assume it was not done intentionally and was a human mistake. However, it did still happen and was not my fault. Over a year later, and they still have not paid anything towards the insurance claim. So I'm out my deductible and the additional costs I had for renting a vehicle while mine took over a week to repair. Based on this and the other reviews here, I would absolutely NOT recommend using this garage.

These folks rip people off. They provide me a ticket stamped a 1010 am. I returned at 1110 exactly that makes it exactly 1 hr. The cashier started to do whatever in the booth 1 min later and charges instead of the 16.00 dollars 4 1 hr he charged me 25 dollars 4 the 1 min he took to take the ticket they completed rip me off. I have used that place several times until today they prove they r a bunch of thieves. DO NOT USES THJS PARKING GARAGE THEY RIP OFF THE CUSTOMERS!!!!
