Beware, Wheelchair Users! This is decidedly NOT a friendly or safe parking garage for us. In spite of there being no apt signage designating it as being solely for able-bodied folk, there are NO designated wheelchair accessible spots. The driving pathway is narrow and the turns tight; it’s dangerous to assemble a chair in traffic and then be forced to move in the flow of vehicles many times our size. The push button for electrical assist for door opening on the Walnut Street entrance doesn’t work either. In spite of its location directly across from my doctor, I will never park here again and advised both him and relevant staff in his office to warn other wheelchair users to avoid it too.

I am a monthly pass holder; frequently the entrance gate will open before I can swipe my card and won't accept a swipe after. This traps me at the exit until the terrible customer service finally picks up the phone and verifies my account all the while berating me that my swipes don't line up.

First time parking here when I took a friend to Will’s Eye Emergency Room. Pretty easy to find, perfect location for where we were headed. Felt pretty safe there, just very expensive.
