I've been taking these buses for years out of necessity, but will no longer be using their services. I used their new online ticketing system for an eastbound Bus that was supposed to pick me up at William Penn Highway at 6:05pm. I waited until 7:10pm and the bus never showed up, that's 65 minutes past the expected pickup time. There were about 20 people at the bus stop, and we had zero communication from Transbridge. There were zero updates on the website and Twitter feed, and the phone lines went straight to voicemail. This was a truly disrespectful display of customer service. I understand there can be issues that result in unexpected delays and cancellations, but the complete lack of communication is simply unacceptable. The ticket to go from Bethlehem to New York Penn station is $50, which is very expensive. For $150 you can get a private car. Trains from the closest stations in NJ (Annandale, Raritan, Morristown) are around $15. I recommend avoiding this company, they know people don't have other convenient options from the Lehigh Valley, and they take advantage of that fact. I emailed them asking for a refund, but my expectations are very low.

Was waiting for bus on a rainy pouring day- October 17, 2022 for the 2:40 bus Number 19031 in William penn to go to port authority, the bus comes 8 minutes later, doesn’t pull up to the sheltered bus stop- pulls up about 20 feet away. Had my sister and I and other riders wait for Atleast a good 1/2 minutes that seemed like forever to open the doors. We finally come into the air conditioned bus SOAKED. Listen, I’m thankful that there’s a charter bus transportation but I’ve been holding my tongue back since pandemic. Keep raising prices, not enough buses and lack of common courtesy and The list goes on. It’s pretty ridiculous at this point. Something’s got to give. Ps- following picture, the bus driver is now outside at the Easton bus stop @ 3:15 chatting with patrons outside the station and the riders are on a schedule. Meanwhile, I have to call my job and say how I’m now running late. Thanks transbridge. NOT COOL! Your truly, Uncomfortable soaked rider
Chris
They overbook busses and just shrug their shoulders when the bus is full. Understand that YOUR TICKET IS NOT GUARANTEED and that you may be scrambling to find last minute alternative transportation.

Transbridge cancelled my bus with no notification and then put me on another bus that made five additional stops and finally arrived at my stop over an hour late.I will never use this business again.

They dont go to 2012 Industrial Drive anymore. They go to ABE - Lehigh Valley Airport now. This is just about a half a mile away.
There's no accounting for traffic or unforeseen events. Typically, the ride is about two hours.
Check with Trans bridge
Service dogs only and you have to have the paperwork for the bus driver, and make sure you explain when you buy the ticket
