Hello Mr. Mosley, zippers (per their nature) can only be replaced; not repaired since zipper teeth are not interchangeable components. It only takes one tooth to render the entire zipper unusable. And yes, we most definitely can help you with that particular service, as zipper replacement is one of our specialties.

As for the degree of stretching, it must be mentioned that said service can only be accomplished to a certain limit, a limit that is predetermined by the shoe material itself. If the shoe material lends itself to a one half-size stretch, then we would certainly oblige. If it does not, then we would inform you ahead of time and provide an alternative stretching recommendation.
