I love this location, but they need to start carrying small sizes in men's clothing. This is the reason for my four star rating. A bonus however, is the fact that they carry soy milk when I've been unable to find it at any other location.

Ordered a new washer and dryer from Best Buy and paid them to come install them in our new home. The people who installed them ruined our hardwood laminate in our laundry room by dragging the heavy machines all over our brand new floors. Our floors are deeply scratched and have tons of ugly black scuff marks Everywhere that we can't get out now. Very disappointed in the quality of their work and their disregard for our new house.

It's a returned or store displayed item that has been reset and verified that it's in new like condition. They may have scratches or missing parts such as cables. There are also certified open box items that are in new condition with no scratches and all original packaging and parts.
The card is not needed, just the phone number of the member account of the original purchase. The refund will go back to the original purchase card.
