Fast, reliable and trusted. we had a leak in our basement on a Sunday afternoon, and within 6 hours of calling, Rory from ServePro was able to identify and stop the leak, surface dry our carpets, and get us on our way to recovery. on Monday when we called our insurance agent and told her of the situation, she indicated that she would be on the lookout for ServPro's estimate and that because of their history with the company, they did not even need to send out an adjuster. we were able start our repairs in just a few short weeks with the help of a reputable contractor recommended by ServPro. The whole experience was almost painless and ServPro was the major factor in easing that pain. Just 32 days after our damage we were able to move back into our basement and get back to normal life. I initially left this review for the West Jordan office, but have since found out that it was actually this office who took great care of us Thanks Rory, and thank you ServPro!

When Our home flooded and required extensive demolition in order to mitigate the water damage, these guys were amazing.
