Its been 3 weeks since I filed a insurance claim with them. They said someone will come inspect the vehicle within 2 business days and no one showed up till now. My adjuster is someone named Danna Anquoe. Been trying to call and email her for the last 2 weeks but not getting any response. Doesn't even answer any of the calls or emails to let me know why the delay. Update: So after everything has been agreed upon and the car has been sent to shop for repairs. There was additional charges for sensor calibration. This was anticipated and I was told that they will be paying the shop directly for any additional costs. Come the day to pick up my car I again tried contacting Danna through phone which she won't answer. So reached out through email informing her of the additional charges and she send a extremely rude email telling me that I was told multiple times that my bumper could had been repaired (which i was not)and since it's replaced they will not be covering the extra costs. I spent the next 3 hours sending emails back and forth trying to get this insurance company to pay for the additional costs. I had to point out the codes in the repair estimate that proved that a bumper replacement was approved and not a repair. Then I had to add the appraiser to the email who had come to inspect the vehicle and had written up the repair estimate. After this( probably after talking to the appraiser) she finally send a email apologizing that she had me mistaken for another claim.what could had been a 10 minute phone call took all of my morning because either United Insurance Group tries everything to avoid paying out money or they have people like Danna working for them who are not on top of their job. I was very unfortunate to have been hit by someone who used this insurance company. PLEASE AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY

United Insurance Group is a property/casualty insurance company, which means they cover automobiles and homes, not medical. You may be thinking about UnitedHealth Care.
I have only been able to pay my bill online with a computer and I tried paying my bill on my phone and it wont let me
