I had two packages to drop off today. One to FedEx and one to USPS, both of them were returns. The first package I took to FedEx, they were friendly, helpful. Let me borrow some packaging materials, and taped up my box for me. The second package I took to USPS and it was a completely different experience. The women behind the counter was rude and dissmmisve of my questions and they charge for tape. It cost me more for a couple strips of tape then it would have cost to drive to Walmart buy a whole roll of tape and drove back. I recommend avoiding this place and going to FedEx or even UPS.

The people who work in this office need a refresher on people skills and attitude. No one needs a lecture or a petulant attitude because they forgot you do not have free tape. It is your organization that changed policy, the world did not stop to commit to memory your little changes. Be polite and stop embarrassing yourselves.

Shipped a package to Logan UT over a month ago. Still no sign of it arriving at it's destination. I see other one star ratings for this post office. Terrible service! Who runs this place anyway?

The last pick-up for out going mail is at 5:30.
They are scheduled in 15 minute increments but the rarely take that long.
