I checked in and when got inside the bedroom, the bathroom was dirty. Very dirty toilet. I then called the front desk and I was told that they could not send the maids to clean it because they’re were gone for the day. I had to ask to change bedroom and the attendant said they were pretty full and she would see what she could do for me(Unbelievable). I was on a bedroom at the 2nd floor where throughout the night I could hear heavy loud footsteps and other noises from the 3rd floor. I could even hear the person on 3rd floor snoring, this is how thin the roof was. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. All I can say is that I didn’t pay a stay on a hotel to have a dirty toilet and not sleep at all. If I could I would give less than one star on this review.

Positive: The room was extremely nice. There were some mixed reviews, but I felt it was very spacious, clean, up to date and comfortable. The location is just gorgeous, there's the river in the back and you're surrounded by mountains. Negative: While there were a decent amount of fast food and chain restaurants on the same street, my husband and I felt there were a lot more food options in Binghamton which was about half an hour away.

We booked a room for 5 adults and when we arrived quite late there was only one bed in the room. We just wanted to sleep, but had to go to the reception desk and ask about it. The lady said she was sorry and only gave us the sheets for the couch. It’s unthinkable for me - to make my own bed (or a couch to be precise) in a “ready” room in the hotel I booked. I’m pretty sure the hotel wasn’t fully booked and she could have given us any other room for that mistake… The breakfast was good with many options, and it’s the only positive thing I have to say.

My elderly parents booked a room here today during a local weather disaster. Their power came on locally, they canceled early afternoon and this hotel kept 90 dollars. Now I know they know the power was out in area for days. Price gouging! Be aware
