Hotel hallways are dirty and stink. Elevator door slams loud when it closes, which disturbs people in the room next to it. Beds are horrible and pillows have no stuffing in them. Air conditioner wouldn't cool the room down even at lowest setting. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, this is the absolute worst.

The rooms are in badly used shape. Heater/ac very loud. Toilet rocked so badly had to wedge cardboard under it. The breakfast seems to end very early 9 am is a bit early. One person on staff seemed to be upset when you asked for additional towels most of the staff were friendly. The neighboring room door slammed hard when shutting sound was very annoying

My stay was absolutely disgusting, the shower had dirt and other disturbing things. The door was scraped and looked like a dog attack the door. Breakfast ended at 9:00, but didn’t tell us that, there was nothing in the room that would even tell us that “breakfast” ended at 9:00. The pool was shut down. Gym was black and I didn’t see anyone in there. My mom stepped on something on the floor. Overall this place is horrible and they should do ALOT of redoing.
