The place is great and located in a very scenic scenery. I bought the $1000 (101 horsemanship) and it is pretty much a waste of money , they give you a book to read and each classes is spent reading the book and cleaning a horse . At the end of the all 10 hours classes you will have spend less than 2 hours riding, a bit expensive for reading and talking about horses ($100/H). I will say that if you want to pay to do horse riding trails it could be ok but don't waste your money on their horsemanship programs.

Most enjoyable thing ever! My two daughters adore the lessons and are very excited to soon take horsemanship! They won’t stop asking me to lease some of their horses! I definitely recommend taking lessons here!

There is! I was in the same situation. They're fantastic and outgoing people. They help you through the whole process, highly recommend this place over anywhere else
Sadly, Crystal Lake is way too far from equestrian center. Indeed, it would take you about a whole day's worth of riding to get there.
There is a pony for very small children, however, for children between 3 and 8, kids can go out on trail rides for an extra fee. The child rides their own horse, but are lead by a wrangler on the ground, a 'walk in hand'.
Yes, it is $69 per person for the first hour and an addition $30 per person for every hour after the first. All rides are private.
