We had shutters put through our whole house. Today I found out the shutter over the sink in my kitchen won't open because the faucet is in the way. I called and talked to Dylan and asked why we weren't told about the problem before putting in the shutter so we could decide if that was still what we wanted. His response was to have my wife take a part the shutter to have access to clean the windows. If this is his way of fixing the problem, not the best way of keeping customers in the long term.
