For an old woman, it's an hour and a half. Plus I didn't go down the rope to the actual falls because I was not sure I would be able to pull myself back up. I waited at the top for my kids to come back. I saw their pictures. The waterfall is gorgeous.
There are picnic tables at Farmington pond. There aren't any tables or pavilions up the canyon. But go anyways and take a blanket or chairs! It's beautiful up be there stream.
