Very sweet owners but to explain several times that your watch has sentimental value which is why you are getting it fixed and for them to tell you it can’t and just need to get a new one is discouraging. Everything can be fixed if you go to the right people! Seeking out a 2nd opinion and hoping to see results.

What an amazing couple. I just brought my wife's wedding ring that was damaged/bent when her hand was caught in a door. I wanted to make sure and have it repaired for our Anniversary. I was in and out within 5 minutes and experienced the BEST customer service I could have ever asked for. Do yourself a favor and stop here first!!!

Jeremy’s watch has a special finish that we were afraid our cleaner might harm the finish. Jeremy stated he showered in his watch. The shape, not round, has a special gasket to keep moisture out. If the gasket were bad we could not replace it because of the shape. Without a gasket water would seep in during his shower. The personal question I asked was if he showered in the watch, which he told my wife when he left the watch. He replied it is waterproof. I said no, not waterproof, and he said water resistant. There is a big difference in the two. Waterproof watch has a screw on crown. Jeremy’s did not have a screw down crown. The shape made working on his watch a liability, as well as showering in it. Just too many possibilities for something to go wrong. Believe me, we talked this over before making our decision. We hope Jeremy has success with his watch and will give us another opportunity on a different watch.

If you are asking about replacing a battery, $10 includes tax. Other repairs depends on what is wrong.
