My wife and I arrived at sunset at approximately 3:30 PM we wanted decent seats at the bar because the band was supposed to come on at 4 PM. When we arrive and ordered our drinks the young female bartender asked if we would like to have an open tab and if so please give her a credit card. I gave her my credit card. After receiving our drinks we ordered snacks. At 4:10 PM a band had not arrived yet I asked the bartender when the music will start she informed us the band is going to be late and should arrive at 5 PM. We thought about it for a few minutes and decided to leave a male bartender was near us and I Ask for my check, he put a check on the counter for $32.72 I handed $40 to the bar tender and told him to keep the change. Two weeks later when I received my credit card statement it was a charge for $32.72 from sunset restaurant. I called the restaurant and the bar made said a manager will be calling me back Shortly. I never received a call and called back on two more occasions the phone was never answered nor can I leave a message. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge I lost the dispute Because I did not have proof that I paid in cash. I will never go back to this restaurant again and will advise that anybody that goes there get receipts for either cash or credit cards and do not order snacks as they were awful

The food was pretty good and there was a live band playing that was nice but we ordered gluten free and something snuck thru that shouldn't have and glutened my wife. Also in the back half of the meal the waitress was barely available and never even bothered to try to refill the beer I got in the beginning which probably lost them 2 extra drinks. If your interested in gluten-free I'd stay away.

We have been coming here for about 6 years. Understandable how the menus change. Prices went up a bit. The garnishes for drinks were on their way out. One thing we took notice to and that is if the drink garnish is wilted, the food might be just as much.
