The office staff scheduled me with the wrong provider and was not willing to fit me into my providers schedule causing me and my child a huge inconvenience! I am generally not a complainer, but at least extend an apology.

Dr. Engel was recommended by other moms as an ENT for my toddler. His bedside manner was absolutely horrible. If I didn't want answers as to what was going on with my child, I would have walked out of the exam room within the first 2 minutes. He was curt and rude. With very short and abrupt answers. He didn't explain what he was doing, and how it would feel to my child when asked. I can not bring my child to a doctor who has such a wet fish personality. I suggest finding a doctor who is better with children. Especially when you are taking a toddler to the ENT who will probably need to be scoped.
