Definitely recommend this place. Room very spacious and clean. Very close to Suny Oneonta. Best kept secret. Wish we would have discovered this place sooner. Had 2 kids graduate. 8 years of traveling and just found this place this year.

Right off the highway but very quiet and peaceful. Close to restaurants. Room was immaculate and large, with a private deck!

My Husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Very nice Receptionist! Huge room! Super clean! Very Quiet! Priced perfect! We will definitely be staying at Emmons Rainbow upon our next trip.

This was our second stay and it was as good as the first. Very clean rooms, intelligently modernized, gracious staff and a great feeling of privacy and security. Highly recommended.

Yes to all three, there's even a little fridge, microwave and coffee pot in all the rooms. Washer and dryer at in the hall & you'll need coins to use them.
