Me and my Wife went in to get new phones , we signed in and waited for around 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and the sales guy said you are next when a old man walked in and the sales guy talked to him and then started helping him and we waited another 15 minutes and there was at least 4 other people waiting so we gave up and left. By the way we are 20 year customers
