Throughout my Reiki experience she explained in depth about the seven chakras while giving me advice on how to exercise or work on the specific thing that needs healing. She was so warming & the scents she used throughout were absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating with my schedule & at the end of the treatment she had given me a few goodies that will help improve my healing journey.
