Service was terrible and food was bland. Table wasn’t clean. Once we moved the napkin dispenser and other condiments, you could see they never clean fully clean the tables. . The table had a ring of dirt under the napkin dispenser. The cups they served water in made the water look brown, where I wasn’t sure at first if the cup was dirty or if the water was actually brown. Very disappointing and we will not be returning to this establishment.

No they serve them past 10 for sure. Possibly all day. And i agree they have the best pancakes.
No but it is pretty much a diner so it should be what you expect. Delicious by the way you should check it out
