Professional, honest, respectful reasonable pricing. Sir arrived in mask and applied shoe booties. He explained minimum fee, and asked if I had his companys insurance, (no) explained minimum fee & advised final price would depend on issue. As a result of past furnace issues when home doesn't warm quickly I turned on fireplace. This year I didn't have thermostat up high enough before reverting to fireplace & central air fan. He examine furnace, confirmed it is working as expected once thermostat raised to higher temp, provided future maintenance service recommendation & bill for expected amount w/o additional fees. He also answered questions about my existing unit because of freon regulations, explained new material used in newer furnaces & gave local price ranges for new installs. Will definitely use again!
