The management team are very poor. Garrett the director/facility manager bad mouths people to visitors and residents. Very poor for a so called manager. He hasn't got the backbone to make his own decisions and bows to the complainers just to shut them up.

3 stars are because of the few staff that get all the stars. Most the facility deserves a one star. The facility itself stinks. The rooms are old and have bug problems. Plumbing problems and it's just old. But the building itself is not the worst problem. Some of staff bully & play power games with residents. Residents refer to themselves as inmates. I feel bad for residents that don't have family to speak up for them. Smoking & Watch tv and hanging out in the halls are the main things to do here. The administration isn't clear we always get one person that tells us one thing and then next shift we are told something completely different. I would love to see the rules they tell me about lol. I get the problem it's because they are always short staffed and people always change but other companies are having same struggles. I would not recommend anyone coming here. Even if I needed care I would choose a different facility for myself.
