Awful. Horrible. NEVER USE. These people are scam artists. They cancel appointments and then claim you, the customer cancelled them. In this way, they get paid by Sears for showing up to the appointment, and you, the customer then have to call Sears, endure their agonizing 'hold music' and try to explain that you didn't cancel, they did. They do this over and over and over.

Very satisfactory service! The technicians arrived very close to the appointment time and were very efficient.

The service maintance man was great .The people at customer service not so much. The original call I made I said repair on riding tractor ,but the service tech received order for push mower. After that order had to be fixed up ,they gave him the wrong address of where to go. I am glad that I had told the tech to call me when he was near our location .
