I hate leaving bad reviews on businesses but this is the second time this situation has happened to me for Monro in general. The online booking, a great tool used for people who want to see the appointment and make sure what we want done is the only thing discussed. For the second time in a year I have made an online appointment on the same day that I needed my car maintained. Both times the appointment was not honored and I was unable to get serviced. This review is not a slight to this particular Monros as it happened at two different locations, but WHY HAVE THE SERVICE IF YOU WONT HONOR IT!
