No hot water for entire 2 night stay. Coffee packets in room were expired for nearly a year. Room smelled a bit funky. Duvet had a brown stain on it that I don’t want to even think about what it was.

Going on 6 mo of living here. I like it very much. *Edit* I'm rounding out a year here now and the park is still as clean and wonderful as the day I moved here. And, I got some new long term neighbors that I just love! Happy to call this place home. ❤🏡

Check-in was fast, staff is friendly, rooms are well-kept and include a nice kitchenette if you plan to stay longer. We were there to be close to nature areas in the region (birding, fishing, etc.)--Sabine NWR was only about a 15-20 minute drive from the parking lot.

I was so pleased! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The suite was extremely clean and well maintained. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!
