Amazing experience!! Very satisfied with the staff and the services! They are very thorough and Miss Sabrina went above and beyond! I am so thankful to have met her! She is highly motivated and very compassionate about the people she serves! Sabrina and Josiah took such great care of us. We had a major tire issue just outside of town. Wrecker recommended their shop. They were able to get us fixed up and on the road quickly. Friendly and welcoming service.

I had ordered a set of tires and they made me an appointment to have the mounted and balanced. I get there flee my appointment and they did not have my tires I ordered so I had to get a set that was nothing like the ones I wanted and they even cost more. Back to having an appointment I also had to wait for 2 hours Kinda defeated purpose of appointment if you all me. Then I asked about military discount and I know businesses don’t have to give you one but they did and I get my receipt and the military discount was $10 like o wow really you shouldn’t have like what discount did I really get where I saved $10 on a $900 ticket. I’m not saying it’s a bad shop but I will be looking into other shops before I return here for any services in the future. We have got to do better

If you're looking for great tires, great service at a great price, Mavis Tires and Brakes is a great place to go 👍. Conveniently located only about 4 or 5 minutes South of I-10, they are currently open 7 days a week and often open late to meet your tire repair and tire replacement needs, be sure to check the hours of the day you want to come by. You can also call and request a reservation to have services performed. Selling tires in Sulphur, La are not the only service they provide as the do alignments, brakes and oil changes as well. If you need some free air in your tires they are happy to top them off and get you back on the road! (That's actually how they earned my business!) Friendly staff, and the manger I spoke with, Zach, did a great job explaining what my options were for the tire repair I needed. Smooth transaction and I was back on the road quickly. If you're looking for tire places in Sulphur pick Mavis and you'll have picked a winner 🏆
